Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
E-commerce purchases will be made in real time and card payments will be processed via the secure payment provider Sagepay.Most major credit cards are welcome including American Express. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling.
Telephone orders may be made using a debit or credit card. Orders through the post are welcome but should include payment by means of a cheque payable to Geo Supplies Ltd.
Official purchase orders from school,colleges and universities are welcomed by email, fax or post and should be accompanied by an offical order number for invoice purposes.Commercial organisations with an existing approved 28 day credit account may also forward official orders. Such orders cannot be processed via the e-commerce platform
Prices
Prices shown were correct at the time of printing, but are subject to change should this be necessary. Any major changes will be advised.
Prices include VAT (& standard carriage charges if ordered in the UK - See 'Carriage Charges & Export' below, for express delivery and overseas customers.
Should a product be unavailable for any reason, customers will be informed at the earliest opportunity.Such items will normally be back ordered and supplied as quickly as possible unless otherwise agreed. Any delay in excess of 14 days will be confirmed with the customer prior to fulfillment.
No goods for sale on this e-commerce site carry age restrictions and therefore no age restrictions are applied to purchases from this site.
Title of Goods
Title and ownership of all goods shall remain with Geo Supplies Ltd. until paid for in full by the customer.Additionally, in the case of export orders, goods shall remain the property of Geo Supplies Limited until all supplementary shipping charges have been agreed and paid where the shipping cost is in excess to the basic area rate. Established customers are invited to request that an account be opened. All accounts are strictly nett with payment due in full within 28 days, unless agreed otherwise [contact us]..
Carriage Charges
UK Shipping
All prices quoted on this e-commerce site include standard shipping within the UK. This is normally second class letter or packet services from the Royal Mail for small/light items (typically a 2 – 5 day service, not guaranteed and no signature required on delivery) or Parcelforce 48 service in the case of large/heavy shipments (typical 2 working day service, signature required on delivery). In both cases these are typical but not guaranteed delivery schedules and subject to change during over weekend, periods of public holiday, severe weather incidents and other factors beyond our control.
Small items would normally be shipped same day (Monday to Friday) if orders are received before 3:30pm, larger/heavy items have a normal cut off of 12:30pm. Orders received after these times would normally be shipped next working day.
Options for express and next day shipping are available at the checkout. Smaller items can be upgraded to Royal Mail First Class service (typically and next working day service – not guaranteed) . Shipping cut offs apply as above.
Guaranteed next working day shipments may also be purchased at the check out. Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next working day service in most parts of the UK ( signature on delivery). Large/heavy items would be shipped via Parcelforce 24 hour service ( signature on delivery). Shipping cut offs apply as above.
Charges for these services are displayed at checkout and added to customer purchases.
Export
We welcome exports and have experience in exporting to many different countries..
We are happy to provide quotations for your requirements, upon request [contact us]..
For non-established, or overseas based customers, payment is required in advance, in £ sterling, by bank transfer or cheque. Card payments are accepted in some cases.
EU export customers are reminded that they must provide the appropriate VAT registration details at the time of ordering. Otherwise UK tax has to be charged.
All prices will be quoted, and paperwork raised, in £ sterling.
Overseas carriage charges will be subject to a separate quotation.
Export order placed via the e-commerce site will have a basic overseas shipping charge added. Shipping will be treated on an individual order basis. If the actual shipping cost is significantly less than the basic charge added at checkout, a refund will be authorised. If the actual shipping cost is significantly more than the basic cost charge applied at checkout, you will be informed as quickly as possible what Supplementary Shipping Charge applies and directed to the Supplementary Shipping section of the e-commerce site to make this payment. Orders cannot be shipped until this agreed charge is paid. Should customers wish not to pay and instead cancel the order this will done and all monies paid refunded via Sagepay to the payment card used in placing the order.
Goods Return & Exchange
Should any item, supplied by the Company, prove to be unsatisfactory for any reason, please contact us immediately. After consultation we will either request you return the goods to us, or direct to our supplier. In this rare occurrence, problems are ironed out quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
Where goods are supplied in accordance with your instructions and are of merchantable quality they will only be accepted back into stock if in the same condition as supplied and subject to a charge to cover costs and administration.
In the event of a refund being authorised, this will be made via Sagepay and credit to the card used to make the original purchase.
Quality
Geo Supplies Ltd. is committed to providing you, our valued customer, with quality goods and services. Our staff are all trained and motivated. We strive to give excellent customer service and therefore hope that you will not have reason for complaint. Should there be any problem, we will do our best to sort out any problems courteously and efficiently.
We are not currently seeking ISO9000 or any other quality approval but many of our goods are covered by such schemes.
Tax ChargesFor orders made from the UK or the European Union where a valid VAT number is not supplied, UK VAT at the current rate will be added to taxable items. Orders outside the EU or from customers able to quote a valid EU VAT number will be processed without UK VAT
Privacy PolicyWe do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns PolicyYour rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
