PRICES

• Prices shown were correct at the time of printing, but are subject to change should this be necessary.
  Any major changes will be advised.
• Prices include VAT (& carriage charges if ordered in the UK - See 'Carriage Charges' below, for overseas customers (Ireland and the EU).
  

TITLE OF GOODS

• Title and ownership of all goods shall remain with Geo Supplies Ltd. until paid for in full by the customer.

PAYMENTS

• Card payments (all major cards accepted, see left column) - Purchases made directly via our online store are processed by ourselves in real-time from our Sheffield shop - we do not store your card details online.
  

  Your card information is encypted using Comodo™ 256-bit encryption, and sent to us via a secure connection. After we have input your details for the payment transaction, we destroy all records immediately.

• Email Orders - Browse and shop in the normal way but opt to order by 'Email' at the point of Checkout - this will forward full details of your order to us, we will then contact you by return, to arrange payment.
• Telephone payments - orders can be made by card over the phone, or arrange cheque, cash or bank transfer [contact us].

ACCOUNTS

• Established customers are invited to request that an account be opened. All accounts are strictly nett with payment due in full within 28 days, unless agreed otherwise [contact us].

CARRIAGE CHARGES

• UK orders include all carriage charges.
• Overseas orders (Ireland and the EU) will incur carriage charges - this additional cost will be advised before we process payment on your order. [contact us with any qestions]).
  

EXPORT

• We welcome exports and have experience in exporting to many different countries.
• We are happy to provide quotations for your requirements, upon request [contact us].
• For non-established, or overseas based customers, payment is required in advance, normally in £ sterling, by bank transfer or cheque. Card payments are accepted in some cases.
• EU export customers are reminded that they must provide the appropriate VAT registration details at the time of ordering. Otherwise UK tax has to be charged.
• Unless otherwise requested, all prices will be quoted, and paperwork raised, in £ sterling. By arrangement we can also provide paperwork in €.
• Overseas carriage charges will be subject to a separate quotation.
  

GOODS RETURN & EXCHANGE

• Should any item, supplied by the Company, prove to be unsatisfactory for any reason, please contact us immediately. After consultation we will either request you return the goods to us, or direct to our supplier.
  In this rare occurrence, problems are ironed out quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
• Where goods are supplied in accordance with your instructions and are of merchantable quality they will only be accepted back into stock if in the same condition as supplied and subject to a charge to cover
  costs and administration.

QUALITY

• Geo Supplies Ltd. is committed to providing you, our valued customer, with quality goods and services.
  Our staff are all trained and motivated. We strive to give excellent customer service and therefore hope that you will not have reason for complaint. Should there be any problem, we will do our best to sort out any problems courteously and efficiently.
• We are not currently seeking ISO9000 or any other quality approval but many of our goods are covered by such schemes.
